Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Basic Chair Yoga In-Person

What is Chair Yoga and why should you practice it? In this workshop, we will learn the foundational poses of yoga, and how to adapt them to our bodies. For each pose, we will discuss its purpose and which muscle groups get stretched and strengthened by the practice. 
 
Join Laura Knott, RYT-500, for this great beginner-friendly workshop. And if you already do Chair Yoga, now you can learn why! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
