Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Open Up and Breathe In-Person
When people have trouble breathing, sometimes the culprit is tight muscles in the middle back and rib cage area. Taking deep breaths can actually be stress inducing rather than relaxing. In this workshop, we will combine yoga breathing techniques with upper body stretching and strengthening movements so we can unlock tight muscles and breathe more freely.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
