Yoga (HQ, Rt. 12) In-Person

Yoga has been shown to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. A regular practice can also improve sleep and manage stress. 

Join yoga instructor Laura Knott, RYT-500, to learn basic yoga poses modified for your body's particular needs and abilities. This class will feature a combination of seated, standing, and prone poses, so students must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Each class will begin with meditation and end with guided relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothes, and please bring a mat and a bottle of water.
