SUMMARY:Reading Buddies
DESCRIPTION:Students in grades K-3 will receive one-on-one reading practice 
 with a teen volunteer. Over the 45-minute program\, they will read a 
 variety of books\, play literacy games\, and have a snack. Students must be 
 able to attend all 4 meetings\, and a parent/guardian must remain in the 
 library. \n\nRegistration required. Please register each child 
 separately.\n\nSigning up for the 9/30 program will automatically register 
 you for all four dates. \n\nPriority will be given to children who have 
 participated in less than two Reading Buddies programs. Those who have 
 attended two or more are welcome to register but may be pushed lower on the 
 waitlist.\n\nNote that this program takes place at the North County Branch 
 in Clinton.\n
