Singing Bowls Meditative Experience In-Person
Crystal Singing Bowls were always a hit at NCB, and Bill Noren returns with his 7 bowls (one for each chakra). Bill willalso talk briefly about the bowls and how each one is tuned to, and can stimulate, a specific chakra in the body. Please wear loose clothing, and bring a blanket or mat should you choose to lay on the floor. Seating is limited, and this program tends to fill, so be sure to reserve a space! It is estimated that the room can take 20 laying down and 30 sitting in chairs or against the wall on the perimeter.
As of 10/9, we are at 37 total, with 20 for laying down. We may be able to take a few more for laying down, and there may be no-shows, but no guarantees at this date for that option.
