Adult Improv Series In-Person

Improv is all about play time for adults in a relaxed, nonjudgmental group aimed at having fun. It is not stand-up in front of an audience, so there's no stage fright. No experience is necessary!  Benefits include building mental acuity, collaboration, team-building, greater confidence in public and private speaking, improved attentiveness , a chance to connect with others, and more.

Gabe has been doing improv for 8 years. He brought improv through volunteering, leading programs for seniors and teens. He worked as a volunteer for several years at Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, after a career in business.
