Savory Stews Cooking Class In-Person

Join Chef Jay Glassberg as he demonstrates the techniques and skills needed to create a variety of delicious stews, including Mexican Street Corn, White Chicken Stew, Chunky Root Vegetable Stew, and Italian White Bean & Sausage Stew.  Chef Glassberg was the Executive Chef for NBC and the Ford Foundation, and the private chef for GE's former CEO, Jack Welch.  He will be doing a second talk on Stuffed Pork Loin w/ Spinach &  Zucchini …. &  a tawny port glaze on Thursday, Dec. 4 @ 2pm (seperate registration required).
