Seniors Improv Series In-Person

Improv is all about play time for adults in a relaxed, nonjudgemental group aimed at having fun. It is not stand-up in front of an audience, so there's no stage fright.   The main benefits of improv include building mental acuity , collaboration, team-building, greater confidence in public and private speaking, improved attentiveness, a chance to connect with others, healing traumas and neurological disorders in a safe, secure atmosphere, and laugh therapy (which is the best type of therapy!).

Gabe is a local resident who has been doing improv for 8 years. He brought improv to Hunterdon County through volunteering, leading programs for seniors and teens. He also worked as a volunteer for several years at Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, after a distinguished career in business.
