Teen Sewing Club In-Person

Join the Teen Sewing Club for a casual place to practice sewing and learn new skills. Bring a project or brainstorm ideas with Sarah and our volunteers. We can use the Makerspace's heavy duty sewing machines, embroidery machine, and serger. Some basic supplies and fabric are available, but please prepare your own materials for large projects. As an ongoing project, we will make pillowcases for Ryan's Case for Smiles, an organization that brings comfort to young patients in hospitals.

All participants are expected to set up equipment and clean up themselves.

Ages 12-18. Registration required.

*Please note that all participants must have a signed Minor Individual Release Form in order to participate in Hunterdon County Makerspace activities. If you cannot print a copy in advance, please be sure to bring a parent or guardian to sign the form before the start of the program.*
