Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Chair Yoga For Strength In-Person
Can you really exercise while sitting down? Yes! In this class we will do a complete chair yoga practice with meditation and breathwork. We will practice yoga movements and poses while both seated and standing. These poses will focus on engaging our muscles to build strength and feel our bodies' potential.
Join yoga instructor Laura Knott, RYT-500, for this practice session with time for questions and sharing at the end. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
