Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Balance and Stability Workshop In-Person

Moving with strength and stability is one of the most important ways to stay healthy and safe as we age. Join yoga instructor Laura Knott, RYT-500, for an interactive workshop discussing all of the key muscles and movements involved in staying on our feet! We will use a chair for support as we activate muscle groups and try out strengthening exercises. Take home materials will be provided.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
