Historically Important NJ Native Trees and North Am. Peoples (Native Plant Society) In-Person

Hubert Ling, PhD. will discuss several important NJ native trees which has shaped the lives of Native American Peoples and Colonials, and still impact our lives today.

The Native Plant Soc. of NJ holds their monthly meetings with a guest speaker, followed by meeting discussion.  NPS is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to the appreciation, protection, and study of the native flora of New Jersey. Founded in 1985, their members include gardeners, horticulturists, naturalists, landscape designers, students, and native plant enthusiasts from all walks of life.  Talks are open to all!
