SUMMARY:Reading Buddies
DESCRIPTION:Students in grades K-3 will receive one-on-one reading practice 
 with a teen volunteer. Over the 45-minute program\, they will read a 
 variety of books\, play literacy games\, and have a snack. Students must be 
 able to attend all 4 meetings\, and a parent/guardian must remain in the 
 library. \n\nRegistration required. Please register each child 
 separately.\n\nSigning up for the 3/5 program will automatically register 
 you for all four dates. \n\nPriority will be given to children who have 
 participated in less than 2 Reading Buddies programs. Those who have 
 attended 2 or more are welcome to register but may be pushed lower on the 
 waitlist.\n\nNote that this program takes place at the South County Branch 
 (East Amwell).\n
