Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Happy, Healthy Hips In-Person
Healthy hips are crucial for balance, stability, and overall well-being. When our hips are strong and mobile, we can experience reduced fall risk, easier movement, and diminished pain. To receive these benefits, we can focus on improving hip strength, flexibility, and mobility through a series of gentle and effective chair-based or chair-supported exercises.
