Intro to Wolverine MovieMaker Pro : 8mm & Super 8 Film Conversion In-Person
In this class we will demonstrate how to convert home movies from 8mm/Super8 film into a digital format (MP4) that you can record direct to an SD card. The MovieMaker Pro is available for reservation during Makerspace Open hours It works like a typical projector where you mount up to 9 inch reel; then insert a memory card, press a few buttons, and the apparatus will pull the film and scan at 20 FPS (frames per second) to create a digital movie file that you can edit and play on any computer.
