Social Seniors "Health and Wellness" - Gentle Movement In-Person

The body, energy, and mind all weave together to give us our current state of being. When we can cultivate wellness in each area, we can uplift our physical and mental health.

Join yoga instructor Laura Knott, RYT-500, for a complete meditation, breath, and gentle movement practice completely done while seated. We will discuss how to set up a home practice, and share experiences. Written handouts and links to video tutorials will be provided.
