Yoga In-Person
Join Ana Giametta, CYT, and learn how breath helps the body relax and release stress, and the gentle stretches bring flexibility to the muscles and joints and release stiffness. Please wear shoes that slip off, and bring a mat and a water bottle. Ana has been practicing yoga for many years and teaching since 2008. No prior yoga experience is required. Please register for each class/date.
