Chair Yoga (HQ, Rt. 12) In-Person
Yoga is a great way to exercise, no matter your experience, fitness level, or shape! Using a chair for seated and standing poses provides balance so you can concentrate and the strength and stretch of your muscles. The chair can also be used to modify poses for those with injuries or mobility issues. A full body yoga practice can be done while safely seated in a chair! Each class will also feature mindful breathing and meditation.
Join certified yoga instructor Laura Knott, RYT-500, for an inclusive chair yoga class on Tuesdays at 11 am. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. Please register for each class/date.
