Introduction to Still Life Oil Painting with ArtVenture In-Person
The magic of still life painting is seeing ordinary objects in a new and exciting way. This workshop will explore using oils by painting a small still life of an apple using a limited palette and the traditional techniques of the old masters. We will discuss form, design, lights and darks in a relaxed atmosphere while bringing your paintings to life. Paint and canvas will be supplied but bring brushes and a palette knife for mixing if you have them.
No prior experience is needed. This workshop is for adults, age 18+. Registration begins June 7th, 2 weeks prior to event.
