Chair Yoga for Seniors (NCB) In-Person
Join Ana Giametta, CYT, and learn how breath helps the body relax and release stress, and the gentle stretches bring flexibility to the muscles and joints and release stiffness. Classes will have 30 mins. each of sitting and standing. Please wear shoes and socks that slip off, and bring a water bottle. Ana has been practicing yoga for many years and teaching since 2008. She began teaching chair exercises to seniors in 2013 at the RWJ Cancer Center.
No prior yoga experience is required. Please register for each class/date.
